Each month, the HSBA supports the Mentor/Mentee program by providing lunch for the two monthly sessions. The two meetings include a meeting of 8th graders and their high school mentors and also a meeting of high school mentees with their community mentors.

Each month a Holly Springs business sponsors lunch for these groups at a cost of approximately $250 per month. If you would like to sponsor a lunch, please contact HSBA Chair Jenny Mizelle at jenny.mizelle@Hollyspringsnc.us.

Each year, Holly Springs High School will sponsor a Career Expo for its students to introduce them to a variety of career options. Also, the middle school sponsors a Career Fair with a variety of guest speakers for 8th graders regarding career possibilities.

If you are interested in participating in either event, please contact the Career Development Coordinator (CDC) for that school. The CDC for the high school is Ms. Shannon Baker (sbaker1@wcpss.net) and Mr. Rick Carroll (rcarroll1@wcpss.net) is the CDC at the middle school.
