Student/Parent Access Network (SPAN) The Student/Parent Access Network (SPAN) is an online system that can be used by parents to monitor student progress and data. It provides access to online progress reports for grades, for attendance, discipline, and other vital information. Getting Access: SPAN Accounts To access SPAN, parent should visit this link: http://span.wcpss.net All students will be given their usernames and passwords during the first week of school. To set up a parent account, parents must completed one of the two forms linked below:
It generally takes about 5-10 school days for the account to be processed. You will get an automated email when the account has been activated. Depending on what your email settings are, if you do not see the email within this time period you may want to check your junk mail folder.
